As the Java community will be aware, work is well underway on Project Valhalla, an initiative to add value types and specialized generics to the Java Virtual Machine. Simon Ochsenreither chats to Valhalla about what this will mean for Scala developers, and why he’s trying to motivate this community into helping mould the final shape of Valhalla.
