Welcome to another episode of my developer interviews. It is my pleasure to introduce Matthias Wessendorf (@mwessendorf, blog), whom I have known for quite a long time. We’ve been working in and around Java EE for quite a while, and finally met again at Red Hat.

Matthias is currently leading the AeroGear project at Red Hat. Previously, he was the PMC Chair of the Apache MyFaces project. Matthias is also a regular conference speaker.

In this interview, we talk about his projects AeroGear and OpenShift, and how to connect Java EE backends to mobiles of any kind.

Sit back, relax and grab a coffee. Thanks Matthias for taking the time to chat!
